Gym Bunny?

I think I'm becoming a gym bunny, sad but true.
I won a three months free trial at a new local gym so I went along to try it out.
Now I'm going three times a week and have joined up.
Also I caught myself check my muscle sizes in the mirror.

After many years of being a desk jockey and proud couch potato it is a sad fall from grace.

Now if I could just increase my bench press reps I would be fine..........
